Observation

Cording by winoow in circle area was observed to be loose and accessible. The cording from the extension cords were loose and could form loops. Heavy plants on shelves and items (tool box) stored on top of shelving needs to be secured. Outlets in restrooms were observed not to be GFCI nor tamper resistant. Extension cords observed being used extended time and plugged into outlet.
